Is porcelain or ceramic tile better?

Porcelain is denser and often stronger for floors and wet areas. Ceramic can be a great fit for walls and backsplashes. The right choice depends on the room.

Do showers need waterproofing behind the tile?

Yes. Tile and grout are not the waterproofing system by themselves. A shower needs proper waterproofing behind the finished surface.

Can large-format tile go in my bathroom?

Often, yes, but the floor or wall needs to be flat enough and the layout needs to be planned carefully.

Can I bring inspiration photos?
